Still using my 2004 Vitamix. I needed a new container and it's just like new again! I have even heavily used it at my restaurant locations for 9 years (it's back home now) and it's still going. I also had an expensive BlendTec - three times the cost of Vitamix - but it died and the service from the company is nowhere near that of Vitamix.
