My Vitamix 7500 came w/ Low Profile container and its a beautiful machine and I love the low profile 64oz container, but after purchasing a Classic 64oz I have found myself using the classic more often. I tend to blend for one or two and the classic seems to work better for a smaller amount. AWESOME machine with either container. I have since purchased a 32 oz dry container - can't wait to start making my own flour!!
