I am enjoying the X5 blender. It does so many awesome things including heating your soup. This is by far the best blender that I have ever owned and I like the presets because it takes the guesswork out of getting the perfect blend. It has a very powerful motor to get the job done.

The amount of different features and blending profiles make this perfect for everything I make. Smoothie? Perfection. Blended drink? Nothing can compare. By far the easiest unit I’ve ever had to clean. It fits perfectly in smaller cabinets. This thing is a beast. I can’t say enough good things about it. Each day I find a new use for it!

This blender can do much more than your average blender like making hot soups and nut butters because of its key features that include:

✨Smart Tech-It has smart features like Self-Detect technology, which recognizes the size of the container you're using and adjusts the settings to blend properly.
✨Better Controls-With multiple speed options and a pulse feature, you get more control over the blending texture-from smooth to chunky.
✨Durability-This blender is built to last, with strong stainless steel blades and a more solid design
✨Self-Cleaning: You just add water and a drop of soap, then let it run on a clean setting and voila it’s ready to use again

-This has to be the most bougiest and expensive kitchen gadget, I have ever owned. I would imagine this has to be a chef’s dream blender. Prior to this blender, I have owned a basic Hamilton and I currently own the single use ninja blender. Both worked perfect for smoothies, but an anything beyond that wasn’t ideal especially due to the size of the Ninja I own now. I never knew a blender could do what this blender does. So far all I have made with it is your basic delicious smoothie. It comes with a recipe book and I have already made a list of things I want to try. There is definitely a learning curve to this blender because it’s more high tech than I’m used to, but I’m definitely excited to break it in and have it clean itself after I’m down.

I am very satisfied with my recent purchase of the vitamix Ascent X5. My previous Vitamix died. It lasted over eight years. The improvements in the next generation is evident. I like the menu options and detection of the canister. Much easier to clean.

Blend like a rockstar!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only reason I could not give this five stars is because it is a bit large for our kitchen countertop space to use daily. We have been using a compact Ninja for years and it can easily stay out. But, I am loving the design & performance so far. I love that it has multiple settings (like for smoothies) because that is what I use the most. Also, my favorite new hack is the self cleaning option, love! It also comes with a recipe book and tips on how to make the best items with the blender so I love that.

After almost 50 years with my Vita-Mix Super 3600, it was time for a new one. I could not be happier with its replacement. The Ascent X5 is a wonder. The ability to use the automatic recipe programs as well as the self-cleaning feature are a delight. I have been amazed at its ability to turn out perfect results over and over again without even needing to monitor it, as it changes speed automatically. This machine is very highly recommended!
