This was purchased to mix dry grains when needed. The first food item I made was peanut butter using peanuts only. It mixed the peanuts into a nice smooth blend. The peanut butter was used by our grandchildren who found it delicious without any additives.

I love my vitamix and use it often. I bought the dry ingredient container. My first try at making pizza dough didn’t go to well. The machine actually shut off because the dough was too dense. I’ve never had my machine shut off before. I’ll try again. But the vitamix is the best.

I use it to grind grains for bread, so amazing! Does a significantly better job then my old none vitamix blender. I don’t even have to sift because it does such a great job. Highly recommend if you want to grind your own grains
