Probably my 4th Otter Box and continue to be very satisfied in the product. However the shipping was one one the worse I have ever encountered. Is says UPS on the site but it was transferred to USPD which is a nightmare.

Is that piece also one of our products? Although we aren't able to test for or guarantee compatibility with all of the third-party options available these days, if it's OtterBox screen protector you've gone with then it should work with the case.

Otterbox cases have always kept my phones safe. This time, 'tho, the holder that goes on the belt...there is something just "off" about it. The phone does not always snap securely onto it, despite sounding like it has. I have always ordered a case with holder, and this is the first holder that you have to triple check to make sure the phone is in it.
