Good phone but more than twice as thick as my old flip phone. Bulky to carry in pocket. Would not have bought if I had been able to see one in a store but they don't even have a demo model in stores.

Second worse phone I've ever had. Every call is listed individually instead grouped by name or number. Doesn't have talk to text which the lowly Cingular flip replacement had until a software update removed it and Google Assistant. Keypad regularly types the wrong letter. If I could get rid of it I would but it's past the trade in period. I hate it. Rugby was superior.

T9 is not as good, what happened to xT9 from previous models? When you press 4, a capital I should always be the first option. This would make texting much better.
Please change the messaging app layout to not have the contact photo so large either. It'd be better to have more space for the person's name/number and the preview of the last message.

This phone is no good it does not have google Chrome google play . the text message is a letter at a time all the settings were right on the phone . I went to your A /TTT store for both of those issues .And that was my fourth Kyocera phone that i have bought since being with ATT . And the first three was way better then this one .It is on the way back to you same on Kyocera for making this phone .
