Received the phone on Monday 11/15/21 charged completely and went to use it on Friday 11/19 and it was dead! Not sure what the issue is.

This is an excellent phone if you don’t mind limited functions but basic straightforward call and receive. the speakers don’t work so well but are loud enough but not really clear. writing messages is completely out of the question with the keys is very cumbersome and takes too long.

If not for 2 things, would get 5 stars. We have had flip phones since there was one. The access to punctuation and symbols is horrible, compared to 2g, and 3 g phones we have had. You have to scroll through all of them and select, rather than being assigned to the keys 1 "page" at a time. Also, when you open up for a new text, you must select ABC, Abc, or 123. It doesn't open at the same setting as last used. I have never started a text with a number! The default should be Abc.

The phone is rugged and easy to use. Everything you need in a non-smart phone. As an outdoor enthusiast I needed something substantial, durable and this phone fits that bill. Doesn't have the smartphone bells and whistles but in the woods or on the water this is what you need.
