Affordable and efficient steam iron

We bought this unit about two years ago and having been using this ever since. It does his job well. One thing to note is to keep the cloth above a certain height as it may drip a little if you start ironing towards the bottom side of the cloth, which is below a certain level.
Another point we noted is extremely proactive customer support team they have. We had connected to get a replacement plug of the unit and the proactively connected back to us with a note saying they have two units in the warehouse.
Overall, we are very happy with the performance of the unit and the post sales support from the company.

Great customer service. I had an issue with mine - a piece broke off and they quickly replaced it. Would purchase again.

It was very easy to use. I was able to do quite a few garments before it needed to be refilled.

So far steamer is doing great job on my curtains. Wish hose was a bit longer but i put the steamer on table to reach tall curtains and works well!
