I love the base of this steamer because it takes less floor space than my last steamer. I also noticed that the hose is a better quality than our previous one. My first job went very well. Looking forward to continued success!

Just got this today and tried it out. So far seems to do its job. I just wish it had an area to wrap the cord around or to hide it when not in use
