I purchased the steamer and I potentially discarded the drain plug. We let this thing just sit there for a few months. We finally needed the steamer again and I reached out to this company for a replacement part and they were extremely quick to respond and get me a replacement plug. I am extremely satisfied with their support and cannot wait to use this for the first time!

Great Little Steamer

My wife wanted this steamer for our wedding week and it worked out great for steaming her dress and bridesmaids wedding dresses. Unfortunately, after a couple of months, the steamer stopped turning on but after reaching out to Salav customer support they were quick to honour the warranty and shipped us a brand-new steamer. Overall a good value steamer.
