I’ve been using the Multifunction Core & Glute Trainer for a few weeks now, and overall it’s a very practical addition to a home gym setup.
Assembly was straightforward, and the adjustable design makes it easy to customize the length and resistance levels. The resistance band system provides enough tension for beginner to intermediate workouts, and the frame feels stable during use. Similar Sunny machines are often praised for adjustable resistance and ease of use, which aligns with my experience here .
What stands out most is the versatility. I’ve been able to perform hip thrusts, squats, sit-ups, and push-ups on a single piece of equipment, which makes workouts more efficient. The back support roller also helps maintain proper posture, especially for squat and core movements.
The compact design is another strong advantage. It fits well in limited spaces and can be stored easily when not in use.
