Mostly solid system which was the most important thing. Had problems with some web sites not working due to an Intel driver needing to be disabled. Hard to know whose responsibility that was - HP or Windows. Laptop comes with multiple HP apps without explanation of purpose and ready to annoy with popups. Didn’t really care for the trial apps preloaded either. Also, didn’t care to find out the system was built in Vietnam and shipped via China. A month waiting for laptop configuration was a bit much.

I love the machine, my husband bought it for me, so have nothing to say on set up. The color is good, word program is great, I am writing a book, and the memory allows me to move around great amounts of material with ease. l like the size of the screen but am unhappy with the weight of the machine. it is faster and easier to use than the last machine, but the size of the keyboard is a little off.
