[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We see a lot of stability issues across our fleet, mainly after OS or firmware updates. Monitors turning off and on, resolutions going wrong. Power cycle of dock fixes a lot, but other times we need to take a different dock and use that on the computer and then use the dock from them on another.

More than enough ports to allow me to add multiple display and numerous accessories. Ideally, would like a longer cable to be included as the included short one limits where I can place my laptop in my workspace.

1. It lacks HDMI ports (1 only), instead it has 2 DisplayPorts (not as useful)
2. The device claim to be universal, but it does not support MacOS at all.
