Freeze on unplug, looses monitors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am running 2x4K, 1x2k, and 1x 1k monitors, a mic, 1080p webcam, speakers, mouse and keyboard through 1 thunderbolt 4 port--amazing! However, unplugging the port invariably results in a system freeze--even with windows "safely remove hardware." Unplugging the power to the doc before disconnect reduces likelihood of freeze. The doc also frequently--almost daily, will stop showing one of the monitors requiring plug and unplug of the cable from the dock. Finally, monitors occassionally randomly turn off briefly and then back on.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

HDMI doesn't work, same issue w/ thunderbolt3 dock

About to send several dozen of these back to lenovo, the HDMI ports are problematic in that it doesn't work on this model at all. Our company also has Thunderbolt 3 workstation docks and the 2nd HDMI port doesn't work on those either (all of them). It's clearly a design issue and Lenovo has done nothing to fix the problem. Don't waste your time with this product if you want to run 4 screens and a laptop simultaneously, like we can do with our old dell d3100 docks.
