Terrible resolution when using multiple monitors

I bought this dock on the assumption it would be able to be able to handle three monitors while also being docked to a Lenovo Think Pad. First monitor, top resolution...second monitor, 70% resolution...third monitor, less than 50% resolution. Resolution became so bad that I thought I was using a 1990's monitor. Very disappointed to be having to purchase another dock from another company...also disappointed to find the issue being had by other buyers...albeit hidden on a bulletin board. Why is Lenovo selling this when they know resolution is sub-par?

I got nothing to complain about. For business purpose using 2 external monitor, this is a must item.
