Doesn't work with any of the basic USB peripherals I've tried to plug into it, making it little more than a glorified power supply.

Why not USB?

Doesn't seem to recognize any peripherals, making it a glorified power supply. I've tried multiple standard USB peripherals that have never had any problems, and none of them seem to work at all.

Tons of issues with this thing, nothing like what you expect for this price point. Connecting DP and HDMI at the same time creates weird behaviour, there’s even an audio problem that happens only when I connect this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This new Thinkpad Thunderbolt 4 is rocking its job on our additional new laptop. Tried a different brand and it failed in under a year. The Thinkpad Thunderbolt 4 provides all of the ports we need for various items and is very friendly - just plug everything in and it goes, nothing required, no real IT knowledge. Fantastic - thank you!

Fantastic Dock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using this dock with my work laptop. Which is a HP G6, works perfectly with the TB3 port on the laptop. Charges my laptop and utilizes my 2560x1440P 3 displays connected via DP and USB-C. Also, hardwired via ethernet. Using it on 2 personal devices as well. One is a X1 Yoga Gen 8 and the other T480S. No issues with either of those as well. All external displays, USB, and ethernet connect and work great!
