We replaced an older unit with the new Waykar 120 pint dehumidifer. This unit is smaller and lighter than the model it replaced while still removing moisture at a higher rate. It's also a lot quieter than our older unit. Very easy to understand and operate the control panel. Had it set up in less than 5 minutes. Initial 2 hour run at low speed dropped the humidity in our basement from 65% to 54%. Have it set up to gravity drain into a sump, so we don't need to worry about emptying the bucket. Very satisfied with our purchase!

Amazing dehumidifier. I purchased this unit put in the bedroom because it seems to always run a bit more humid than the rest of the house. Installation was easy. I routed the discharge hose through my subfloor so I never have to empty the unit. It's quiet and it keeps my room at a very comfortable 44% humidity, a humidity level that my very expensive guitars just love. If I ever need another one I will for sure buy this one. You won't be disappointed.

I've had Waykar 120 about a month and so far this machine works as advertised. I was skeptical after reading reviews (all brands and models have around 10 % one star reviews). Under normal conditions, my 3000 square foot house is running about 75% humidity this summer. The Waykar 120 gets that down to low 60s during the day and mid 50s at night. I run it about 8 hours a day and it removes 3 to 4 gallons of water in that time.

I purchased a Waykar dehumidifier CTH150A in April.
Three days ago it showed a E3 error code. After talking with Waykar support they decided it needed to be replaced and they would replace it. I like this unit and the support provided by Waykar was timely. I recommend this company.
