WAYKAR IS A VERY GOOD COMPANY AND EASY TO BUY FROM BUT THEIR SITE IS NOT SECURE BECAUSE SOMEONE GOT MY EMAIL AND CREDIT CARD IMFORMATION OFF THIS WEBSITE WHEN I PURCHASE 2 DEHUMIDIFIERS AND THAT PERSON USED MY CARD TO PURCHASE BALL GAMES TICKETS

Bought this a year ago, has worked well until recently. The dehumidifier has great features and runs quiet. I reached out to the company, and they were very responsive in helping me troubleshoot the equipment. I would recommend this product and this company!

Outstanding product. Extremely efficient at removing moisture from our basement. Vastly superior to the older competitive unit it replaced. Originally used the tank to collect water but it filled up quickly. It was easy to connect the supplied tubing and drain it to the floor drain. Very quiet.

the pump is worth it, for humid areas

I live in a very humid area and this unit is great at pulling humidity down in 2 areas. The built in pump is great for not having to manually empty the water tank. My unit had p3 error 9 months in and I had contacted CS to address the issue. They had me do some test and concluded that it was an internal malfunction and they will be sending me replacement.
I would recommend this to a friend!
