[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dehumidifier for my basement back in April. It's easy to use, either in Auto mode or you can select a relative humidity. The unit shuts off when the tank's full and there's a handle so you can easily carry it and dump it out.
Decent product and great supporting team I had a great experience overall. The service was professional, helpful, and efficient. Everything was handled smoothly, and I really appreciated the attention to detail. I would definitely recommend them to others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the Waykar 150 pint dehumidifier in April 2026. Initially, the Waykar performed very well and kept the humidity in our basement room under control just as effectively as the description said. Unfortunately, after just under 6 months of use, the Waykar stopped removing moisture from the air. The unit displayed an “E3” error code, which indicates a refrigerant leak. I contacted Waykar and currently waiting for a replacement. Hoping this was an isolated issue and that the replacement unit will provide the long-term reliability and lifespan.
While it worked it was awesome, praise be warranty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this unit in April and it has been a workhorse this summer. Unfortunately the unit has a malfunction and needs to be replaced. FORTUNATELY the warranty is great so they are sending us a replacement free of charge. We are hoping for continued success with the new unit!
I bought this a month ago when we moved to our new home specifically for the basement. Since it was newly built, the basement air had about 70% humidity which over time can cause dampness and mildew. In that month, the Waykar has brought down the humidity to the mid 40s. It has had not issues and just keeps humming along.
It is convenient that a garden hose can be hooked up to the back of it and the pulled water drain into the sump pump crock.
