I am very pleased with my Waykar purchase of the dehumidifier with the pump. I left it on for a week while on vacation and it was running when I got home and the pump worked perfectly. I hope it lasts for a long time! I recommend this product and get the pump!

Had a discrepancy with the model I thought i had ordered. Contacted support. She explained what had happened and problem was resolved. Very helpful support. I've only had the dehumidifier for a couple weeks and so far is working as described.

Overall happy with this dehumidifier. It works great, runs quietly, keeps my basement dry, and I like the humidity control levels. The only thing we are disappointed with is the way it empties. We do not have a way to drain using the hose so we have to manually empty it. When pouring the water out into the sink, it gets all over. We cannot figure out a way to empty the tank without making a mess.

Fantastic product. I use the auto pump now but used the tank for a while first and it holds a lot of water, more than 2 gallons. I have a larger more expensive machine also, not as easy to use and a smaller tank. The Waykar is the way to go!
