[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am completely in love with the stunning appearance of my new Frame TV. It blends seamlessly into the room and looks exactly like a real piece of art when it is turned off. The display is gorgeous, offering incredible brightness, crisp contrast, and flawless calibration right out of the box. Its responsiveness is top-tier, and the 4K upscaling brings older content to life beautifully.
The only minor hiccup I have encountered is a slight connectivity issue with my Wi-Fi device located in the wall directly behind the TV. It seems like the sleek, flush mount setup blocks the wireless signal a bit. However, the premium display quality and the elegant look of this television make it entirely worth it. I highly recommend it!

Thank you for your feedback. Based on what you shared, we believe that you have a Frame Pro with a Wireless One Connect Box to manage your TV's connections.
To ensure optimal performance, please keep the following in mind:
• The Wireless One Connect Box should be placed within 10m (~33 ft) of the TV with minimal obstructions.
• It can be stored in a recessed in-wall box or in a shelf or credenza below the TV, as long as the material isn’t too thick to block signals.
• Wireless performance may be affected by the surrounding environment and may not work properly if the box is enclosed or blocked by metal (e.g., inside a metal cabinet) or other physical barriers like walls.
If the issue continues after aligning with the above points, please contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG (8AM – 9PM EST Mon – Fri, 8AM – 6PM Sat, Closed Sun), so that we can assist you. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been a few years since we purchased our last "big" screen TV - it fell victim to a lightning strike. That TV was a 77" Sony - not gonna lie, I was a little hung up on that brand. We decided to try the Samsung after looking at some consumer reports where it was highly recommended. Could not be happier. The advancements on the Samsung are remarkable. Set up was effortless...except for signing in to some other accounts, I can't name anything that the Samsung software did not handle. The picture is great - just in time for the NHL & NFL season openers and the MLB play-offs. Screen brightness compensates for any family activities that require all the lights to be on. So, the short evaluation is...TV is great and we are completely satisfied.

The TV is a hub and is genuinely a great product with great brightness, a smooth interface that’s responsive. It really just upscaled my design with its frame.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great update in terms of thinness and deprecation of the one connect box. I’ve heard so many mixed reviews about the pro version that still kept the box (stability issues with video), but the regular frame has been reliable and surprisingly amazing sound. This is our 4th frame TV, for context. One drawback is no inclusion of a frame bezel to start. Prior versions had a default trim that looked like a black bezel (appropriate thickness, etc) but this is rather thin. Aside from that, great upgrades to the software and remote
