[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Video shuts off twice every two hours or so then comes back on. Very frustrating with this TV, with the amount of money we paid for it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hard to get started very slow response time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's pretty Hard to get it started. Seems to need a lot of warm up Time and switching around to get where you want it for viewing, especially for firestick viewing and voice request don't happen without some kind of connecting to something else

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 65’ Samsung has a beautiful crisp picture and love the true colors. Responds very quickly with the remote and have enjoyed the upgrade from an LED.does a great job changing channels and very smooth in transitioning.
