[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the Legion Pro 7i Gen 10 every day for classes and to play games at night, and it’s been great for both. What I notice most is the keyboard—there’s a slight slope and the keys sit just a bit raised instead of perfectly flat, and I appreciate this so much. My old laptop has its keyboard flush with the laptop frame and it annoyed me so much that I bought an external keyboard. The build quality feels great; the chassis is stiff and the whole laptop feels solid. Obviously it performs because of its specs, but little touches like this are what make it stand out from others, in my opinion. I’m genuinely happy with it and would recommend it to other students who also game.

Hello, We're genuinely sorry to hear about the issues you've encountered with your Legion Pro 7i. This is definitely not the experience we strive to deliver, and we completely understand how upsetting this situation must be. Here are a few troubleshooting steps that may help resolve the display issues. 1. Restart your laptop: A simple restart can often resolve temporary software-related display glitches. 2. Update Graphics Drivers: Outdated or corrupt graphics drivers can cause display issues. Go to your system's device manager and update your graphics drivers. 3. Check Display Settings: Resolution: Make sure your display resolution is set to its native (recommended) setting in Windows display settings. Refresh Rate: Adjust the screen refresh rate in the display settings; sometimes, an incorrect refresh rate can cause flickering or pixelation. 4. Run System File Checker (SFC): Corrupted system files can lead to display problems. Open Command Prompt as an administrator and type sfc /scannow to scan and repair system files. If the issue persists after following these steps, we recommend reaching out to our tech support team at 1-855-253-6686. We're committed to ensuring your satisfaction and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this matter. Regards, Thomas, Lenovo

I was really surprised at how brilliant this screen is. The graphics card has been great, playing COD BO6 at close to 200 fps onto my 30" external monitor at Ultra settings. You can, of course, hear the fans when it's humming along in a game, but I use headphones so I can't even hear it. It's not really very loud and should be expected at the speeds it's set to. The overall aesthetic of is nice as well. It feels like it's built well. I've taken it on one trip thus far and it seems like it will hold up well to my travels. Playing games and working were really nice using it. The size of the screen and it's brightness are such that it's really a pleasure to use.
