Beautiful picture, however massive issues with g-sync working through DisplayPort. Constant flickering of black screens that followed me even back over to HDMI.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I couldn't test the 165hz but I like the image quality, the quality of the build and the stand's adjustability. I also like the aesthetic of the monitor, except for the blue component of the stand and the "Legion" in front.
It is an amazing monitor that excels at everything I want it to do, watching YouTube, coding, playing games, and more. It gets very bright, has pretty good contrast, and has a very high DPI. The only problem I have is this: it's ruined all other monitors for me! I mean really, I notice faults in other screens that I haven't noticed before, like low brightness, yellow tints and more. I tried to use my old monitor as a secondary monitor, but just couldn't. It sounds a lot like I'm hyping up this monitor, but I am in fact, trying to tone it down. The only faults I could find were that the stand was a little big, but I understand it's a 27inch monitor that is quite heavy and needs some support, and that's it for my complaints of this monitor. It was also a lot larger than I was expecting, but am very happy about that. It only took a couple days to get used to the small fonts, because of DPI, and the large size. The only thing I'm disappointed about was that I didn't buy it earlier! Buy it...
By using the same nano IPS panel as LG and Dell, it is one of the best gaming monitor in the industry. Colour accuracy is good, 2 additional USB slot is useful, Nvidia G-Sync is definitely a plus for GTX and RTX gamer. Also perfect resolution/size ratio for gamer (2K with 27 inch). Definitely recommend it.
