Very Slow Reaction Time

I bought this laptop 2 weeks ago and already its totally slowed down when it comes to speed and reaction time. Everything feels like its on a two second delay, its very bizarre. My MacBook Pro (mid 2014) is WAY faster and 100x the machine that this thing is. Not worth the money. I returned it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So far I just love my new MacBook Air. Its so fast and easy to work through.
Only issue I had was when I went to fill out the survey for the $1000 gift card, the numbers I had to enter off my receipt were already entered. I wonder who entered them???

Battery life is amazing, fingerprint reader is amazing and works flawlessly.and is Really fast, Screen resolution is amazing, and I love then new OS. Lacking ports and miss my light up apple that was on the back of the lid of my older air and miss the magnetic charge port all and all 7 OUT OF 10

Version française, acheté il y a 10 jours. Je vais le retourner. Ne vaut pas le prix demandé. J'ai presque tout eu de APPLE sauf un téléphone et une montre. Avec l'avant dernier achat était un iPad Pro 12 pouces 2017, acheté à l'automne 2018 en ligne en pensant acheter un 2018... Avec cet appareil, c'est définitivement terminé. Raisons: de nombreuses*. Acheté pour remplacer un MacBook Pro 2014 qui est devenu trop lent, pour ne pas perdre mes fichiers qui s'ouvre avec des logiciels que sur APPLE. 1-*Hors même si ils sont offert avec partage familial, la majorité demande d'être acheté à nouveau...; 2- J'ai toujours trouvé le pad difficile à utiliser (trop rigide). Celui-ci 7 ans après le MBP 2014, neuf, n'est pas mieux. 3- L'empreinte digital avec un appareil neuf, fonctionne 2 fois sur 3. Sur le iPad, 6 mois après a cessé de fonctionner. 4- À chaque mise-à-jour APPLE insiste pour l'utilisation de l'authentification à 2 facteurs, comme je n'en veux pas, ni mot de passe, à chaque fois je dois aller dans les paramètres pour faire les changements en plus de manquer des fonctionnalités qui me sont refusées... 5-6-7-8-9-10-, etc... Une fois branché il ne reste qu'un port pour y brancher ... Assez c'est assez! Je voudrais dire beaucoup de ce que je pense de APPLE et dans des propos mérités, mais mes commentaires seront bloqués... 1300$ pour ça? Non merci! Après 10 ans, je vous quitte!

It’s my first time to bought a MacBook and it’s amazing and I really love it. I’ve Been using windows and chrome book and there good too.
But MacBook M1 is the best.
But MacBook M1 is the best.

This laptop is light! Yet it feels like it will be durable, just like the other Apple products I own. The keyboard feels great when typing. The screen is nice and bright. I’m still getting to know it and am enjoying it so far.

I'm upgrading from an early 2011 MBP (still working though) so this is definitely a big change for me as everything is much faster. The set up was easy. I'm liking the fingerprint button so I don't have to type in my password every time I open my laptop. I love the gold colour and this MBA is very light - perfect for school. I just hope that this lasts as long as my MBP did.
