Long Lasting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the 9V Energizer batteries for my carbon dioxide monitors and smoke alarms. I change them out every 6 months, these batteries have great battery life and are quick and easy to switch out. I would highly recommend these batteries to my friends and family.

Most Reliable Brand!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The brand name Energizer automatically seems synonymous with reliability and quality.
There is no comparison as far as longevity of the battery, with any other brands. I have a small lighted corner shelf that is battery operated. I accidentally left it on for several days while I was away and just assumed the battery would be run down. I was wrong, because of course my Energizer battery was there acting just like new - as the bunny in the commercial ad shows - it kept going and going.

Long lasting!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Energizer Ultimate Lithium 9 volt battery is wonderful because they last 4x longer than alkaline. Also they are great for high temperatures and 100% leak proof. I used this for my smoke detector and I will be replacing all of my smoke detectors with these batteries. I have vaulted ceilings and it is a hassle to get to them to change, so a long lasting battery is perfect! Also, I live on the west coast where the temperatures can get very hot, the Energizer Ultimate Lithium is ideal for my needs!! Excellent quality battery.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What can you say. It's an Energizer battery. The name continues to speak for itself. Great battery with a stellar reputation for being reliable. These lithium batteries are awesome. Great power and great life. I use the AA's in my home security cameras and they last a long time. I have this 9v in a smoke detector. I know I'll should replace it after a year but it will probably last 3.

Since we change the batteries Daylight Savings weekends, I want to feel confident they will last until the next change. Energizer batteries have been part of our “staple” items for years due to that peace of mind!

Energizer is well known for their long lasting batteries so I know this will last me for a long time coming. They are usually on the pricey side but if you want a good quality battery I would highly recommend going with Energizer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Do you keep your batteries in the refrigerator to try to make them last longer? Are you often frustrated that even when getting "new" batteries out of said fridge they just don't seem to be all that fresh and new and the correct voltage?
If so, I suggest you look into getting the Energizer Ultimate Lithium line of batteries.
The 9v are supposed to last 10 year on the shelf, or in my case (and I have started a non scientific research project on this) 10 years as a backup battery source in my AC powered smoke alarms.
They were put in new and had more than 9 volts power on my digital multimeter (approximately 9.3 volts) and in 1 year I will check the voltage on them again.
I plan to do continue to check them at least once a year until the voltage drops below the minimum voltage recommended by my smoke alarm manufacture.
If I can get 5 years out of these batteries I will be about breaking even on my battery costs, as I was replacing my old 9 volt batteries every 18 to 24 months. So this battery costing a bit more is offset by only buying 1 battery versus 2 to 3 batteries every 4 to 4.5 years. If I get 6 years on this battery, then it is saving me money.
