The computer functions as expected, however, I had expectations that the battery life would be better. Additionally, the power cord cable is quite stiff and for me, the port is on the wrong side. When I plug it in to my computer, the port seems to be strained. I’m guessing the port has been tested, but it feels like I’m damaging something. And this is all because the power cord is stiff. The look is sleek, and I like the feel. Overall, I like it… Just a few things that I wish were different.

It has a bigger, brighter screen than my previous laptop. It has fans to cool it. I use it in an RV which is often very hot, so the fans are necessary to keep it from shutting down.
Unfortunately, it is a power hog. I charge it from my 12v coach battery and it depletes it in no time. The keyboard is hyper-sensitive, and if my palms touch any part adjacent to they keyboard, it often highlights paragraphs and deletes the, or it jumps to another part of the document completely and starts typing there. The keyboard adjacent material is something that doesn't withstand resting a palm on it. it is extremely difficult to keep clean and often exhibits stains from my palms resting on the keyboard/mouse pad.

Great laptop runs fast. Fan is quiet compared to many laptops. My one complaint is that the Face ID stinks. I’ve rescanned my face multiple times. It never seems to work and the computer wants to use it for everything. Had to go in and mess with the settings.

The transition from my HP Envy to the OmniBook has not been simple or smooth. The keyboard seems tighter causing me to miss keys. The numeric keyboard section is nice to have, but it is undistinguishable from the rest of the keyboard, so I used a marking pen to guide my eyes to the keys. The lack of an SD slot surprised me, but a USB reader device solved that issue. I still can't get the sound to work.
