Terrible tablet . Tha battery stinks the charge don’t last when I down loaded my tv app it breaks up. I know it’s the tablet because I have another tablet it doesn’t do it

This tablet is being used only to view security video. Cameras and wifi are very good. However the playback video is choppy......not smooth. Perhaps I purchased the wrong tablet?? Can I return it?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
