Slow delivery even with payment for fast service

The charger is fine. The process to obtain it was very poor. I paid for expedited shipping and handling and it took more than a couple of weeks. I was even told that it could be up to one month when I discovered I could have obtained it cheaper and in 2 days somewhere else.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this adapter because the ones I had been using (not Lenovo adapters, supplied by my company) were very bulky and after using for some time I would get an error that they were not compatible with my laptop. I have not had any issues with the Lenovo adapter and I love that it is so compact! I can easily put it in my purse with my laptop - it takes up much less space. I'd recommend this adapter to my co-workers - it is definitely worth the money.
