The machine seems to do a reasonable job. It is not too loud but certainly not whisper quiet. The app is absolutely pitiful. The are no help files included with the app. Any help available comes from YouTube videos. Right from day one it asks for me to sign up to receive hard sell email. The instructions that do come with it are printed in fine print. If you fancy yourself an independent user, go for it. If you need hand holding, buy another.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
