Nice updates from the 530. The menu seems more intuitive then the 530 was. I am an older rider that only wants to see any improvements at all in my health as I train for the rest of my life not races. Great for newer riders to learn how their rides influence their health maybe useful to experts who don't need all the data on a rest day.
I really like this Garmin. With my advancing years, I can edit the view screens so they're easy to see. My only issue is that the handlebar mount for my road bike doesn't place the computer quite far enough away from the bar. I have to squeeze my fingers in between to push the start/stop and lap buttons. Otherwise, it's a super design.
Great price for the features. I didn't want a touch screen, and I got a lot of frills for a pretty good deal compared to the competition. Some menu options can be a little challenging to flip through while cycling, but overall a great product.i love how this also seamlessly connects to my Garmin Varía. Also as someone who has had a crash while using this, the emergency features do work. 7/10 overall only because of the menu interface difficulties, which probably won't be a deal breaker for most.
