Product had a disgusting smell. Had to shut down an entire floor til we figured out where the smell was coming from. It was the cable protector floor cover ramp and it was still in the box. Put it outside for a couple of days and that didn't help one iota.
Had to send it back and then had to chase down the refund.

Poor product. Poor service.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
