Stopped working after one use

This product stopped workIng after one use, no one is responding on support phone number, communicating through email, which takes days to get any resolution, still issue is not solved, wasted my money.

We had an older version that got minimal use. Within the last year, our smoothie intake has dramatically increased and it wasn’t cutting it. We were so glad we upgraded to the model with titanium blades! The blade set sits nicely inside the cup for a snug fit. I also love the auto shut-off feature after 30 seconds. Definitely happy with this upgrade.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This Ultra have 1200 watt, my old MagicBullet has 600 watts, but the old is formidable, is awesome, with the half of power makes better drinks. I think in return the Ultra but I’m not in USA.

Too big

I just took this out of the box. The “to-go” cups are enormous. I bought this to replace an ancient magic bullet, used for personal smoothies and salad dressings. This thing is a monster by comparison. I would hardly call the cups personal sized. This is the Stanley cup of smoothie cups. I can’t consume, and don’t want to carry around a full liter of smoothie. The point is not to make more dishes by transferring smoothie to a second cup before running out the door. No storage lids are provided. I would not trust the to-go lids included on my commute. Even if I did, they look ridiculous. I’ll be returning for something less bulky.

I loved my original nutribullet with 900 power. But my upgrade to the 1200 was a gamechanger. I love that it has the 2 buttons. I usually start with the lower surge button. Then when I see everything the ingredients are working through, I use the top button which works for a timed period. My smoothies are always done to the same perfect thick consistency. In comparison to the old one where I’m guessing when things are fully blended. It’s great that the container is locked in place and you don’t have to hold it there. You can walk away and let it run its cycle and the suction cup feet keep it set on the counter.
