Motor Base Won't Unlock

Unable to release the Rapid Extractor Blade from the Motor Base. There's a notable design flaw: The counterclockwise turn of the Rapid Extractor Blade to remove from the Motor Base is the same as releasing it from the cup. Therefore, when the Rapid Extractor Blade fails to unlock and release from the Motor Base, the counterclockwise turn of the cup causes it to release from the Rapid Extractor Blade, spilling the contents onto the Motor Base.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far we’ve only used the actual blender and it’s been amazing!!! It works so fast and so easy to use you just have to press one button!! The smoothies are great and completely smooth. I am so excited to try out the different parts such as the coffee grinder and the food processor. This is truly an amazing blender and I would recommend it to anyone who asks
