It is a bit heavy, but it does a good job of both blowing and sucking leaves. The collection bag has its zipper on the bottom and requires being turned upside down and shakened before trying to unzip it.
It is too soon to know how it will hold up. My previous unit lasted quite well, and that is why it was replaced when the control part went bad with another one. I like the Toro unit.
I would have been happier if the control part could have been replaced instead of having to replace the whole unit. But the price was not bad.
Pros: grinds and blows
Cons: bag is sometimes awkward but still quite usable.

Great product used to have Toro blower but had plastic impeller. Had it for 8 years till one of the impeller blades broke. This blower has metal impeller with easy replacement than older one. Works great as a blower and leaf shredder for easy bagging.

I have owned several models of Toro blower vacs. I have only had this unit for a short period of time, so my dependability review is based on the previous units I have owned over the years. I highly recommend this product; especially regarding the performance if vacuuming leaves. The unit is quite powerful for blowing leaves, and I found it significantly more efficient in vacuuming. It is faster and can vacuum leaves the less powerful units struggle with a bit. If you do not want to vacuum leaves, the smaller units have adequate blowing power to blow leaves and debris.
