[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Breaking the Habit: How the Samsung Galaxy A36 Converted a Motorola Fan
For years, I was firmly entrenched in the Motorola ecosystem, fiercely loyal to its clean, near-stock Android experience. I didn’t think I needed the bells and whistles of a heavily customized skin. Then came the Samsung Galaxy A36 5G, and it completely rewired my expectations of what a mid-range smartphone can do. It managed the impossible: it converted a die-hard Motorola user into a Samsung believer.
Priced as a mid-ranger, the Galaxy A36 immediately feels like a premium upgrade. Swapping from Motorola’s standard panels to Samsung’s gorgeous 6.7-inch, 120Hz Super AMOLED display is a night-and-day difference. Colors pop, blacks are perfectly deep, and outdoor visibility is flawless.
But the true turning point was the software. I expected Samsung's One UI to feel heavy, but instead, I found an incredibly intelligent interface bolstered by Galaxy AI. Features like Object Eraser allow me to remove photobombers from my pictures with a single tap, while Writing Assist helps refine my text messages and emails on the fly.
The definitive game-changer, however, is Circle to Search with Google. By simply long-pressing the home bar and circling anything on my screen—whether it's a jacket in a social media video or text in a foreign language—I get instant search results or translations without leaving the app. It makes the smartphone experience feel truly futuristic.
Furthermore, Samsung's native apps complete

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got it after my last phone broke sue to unrelated reasons as a replacement. It runs smooth stays cool and is overall a great phone my camera quality is also noticeably better. It charges at the same rate but, holds a charge at least twice as long. It has decent storage. The screen has a higher resolution. It is far smoother running than the a15 and lacks all the issues that came with the a15. The speakers are clear. I have no issues with Bluetooth but I do have the occasional issue with wifi but that's because of where I live. Overall a massive improvement from my previous phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got to the point where i NEEDED a new phone, vs WANTING one... So purchasing a new device promoted me to do some digging...
I ended up comparing the Samsung Galaxy A36 5G to 2 other phones and overall this was the best choice for me...
What sold me was their security features and updates, but once I got my hands on this device and played with it, i was immediately happy with the purchase...
Its fast... The display is pretty and clear... And you can optimize the phone at the press of a button...
