Has some issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the most part since I had the phone it's been okay but there are issues at times. It is prone to freeze and not load apps or web pages. It can be because of only having the 4 gigabytes of RAM and I believe the CPU is not too powerful. If I have more than two or three tabs open at once it totally freezes and I have to restart the phone. But I have enjoyed the Samsung AI though. I have been impressed with the things I've been able to do using the AI.
