If your Galaxy phone or tablet freezes or crashes, it can be quite frustrating. Fortunately, this issue can often be resolved without needing to send your device in for service. Simple actions like rebooting your device and updating the software can help prevent future freezes and crashes.
Ensure that your device has enough available space. It’s also important that your phone or tablet is connected to the internet and charged to at least 50% before installing any software updates. Note that some carriers require a Wi-Fi connection for updates and will not permit you to use mobile data.
If you encounter an error during a software update and your device keeps restarting, you can look for guidance on how to escape a boot loop. Additionally, if your phone or tablet is low on storage, you can optimize it using the Device Care feature. You may also back up extra files using Smart Switch or your Samsung or Google account.

Affordability with the Look of Prestige

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ill be honest I finally found a inexpensive Samsung that looks just like the high end ones. Fast processor, slim, lightweight. I can only say the negative is lack of memory card slot but still holds plenty of space. The screen has a really crisp and vivid screen which is nice size. This phone is really awesome. And I definitely use Galaxy AI. I can tell it anything and it's performance is top notch

As I'm a little bit afraid to use AI.\n And eventually I will get there, but a lot of features that I am really happy with is the calendar, how I am able to have 2 different schedules on one calendar and using color codes For each person making appointments apps, loading quick onto the phone is a nice treasure for me.\n Keep up the good work. Thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a Samsung Android cell phone for a long time. I previously had the S8. I always want to stay with the same brand because it is easier to learn how to use. I loved the S8 model but it was time to change and upgrade. I chose the A36 because it was cheaper and I really didn't need the extra functions of the S series. I also was recommended this model by a friend. So far, I have been very pleased with the A36 and hope to use it for a long time.
