This phone is slow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this phone brand new. It worked great for the first 4 to 6 weeks. After those weeks my phone freezes so much. Although my phone has the ringer on, my phone vibrates instead of ringing. I have cleared my caches, shut down and restarted my phone numerous amount of times. I've cleared memories, deleted files and still has not gotten better. I do not recommend this phone if you do a lot of things on your phone.

To help address this, we recommend optimizing your device whenever you notice it slowing down from daily use.
The Quick Optimization feature enhances your device's performance by identifying apps that consume excessive battery power. It also removes unnecessary items from memory, deletes unneeded files, scans for malware, and closes background apps. Optimizing your phone is quick and easy. Simply go to Settings, swipe to, and tap on Device Care. Then, tap Optimize Now and confirm by tapping Done.

The Focus mode comes in handy for work when I need less notifications and more quiet time. If you’re looking for an affordable phone with the same features as a new Samsung, this is the one!

Using Galaxy AI has completely changed how I edit.

Durable reliable and nice to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off the gemini ai from galaxy is a very good system I've never seen any bugs while using it. I've owned this phone for 1 year and it has endured 100+ degree weather in Fahrenheit as well as sub zero temperatures and never stops working. I've dropped this thing so many times and no problems. It's even fallen off of roofs while I'm working so definitely no issue there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this phone about a year ago and have run it through it's courses. It's been through extrene heat and cold as I am a roofer so i need it for estimates and other job related things which it excels at. It runs smooth no lag or choppiness. Its been dropped off a roof a few times and dropped normally multiple times over the past year and has basically no damage. The side bar is useful to keep my important apps where I can easily access them. Overall I have zero complaints on this phone great deal for the price. The AI Gemini is also very helpful and works great with the phone.
