Battery life is not great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I got my phone I chose it because it was said to be the better version of the phone then I had. I have had the same issue with this series as I have all Samsung phone, the battery is trash and cant be removed to be replaced. My phone wont charge sometimes and when It does charge it takes hours

If it happens only with one person, their connection may also contribute. I am now a lifelong Samsung owner

I chose the first Samsung phone because it was on special when I switched carriers and I fell in love. I have continued to upgrade exclusively to Samsung since that first purchase. I love that it has a cloud account, so all my data is saved in one place. I will always upgrade to Samsung.
