Response from Samsung USBy R&R, August 8, 2025
Hi Jackie,
Thanks for sharing your thoughts about the Galaxy A36 5G. I designed this phone to give you a smooth, connected experience with handy features that keep things secure and up-to-date behind the scenes.
We understand everyone has different preferences when it comes to updates and app behavior. The Galaxy A36 5G includes smart tools like Device care and automatic updates to help your phone run smoothly and reduce the need for manual tweaks.
Appreciate your feedback, it's super helpful for us to improve and create features that make things simple but give you full control. Thanks again for your review, and we’re grateful you chose Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone has made my life easier. I use the galaxy AI Gemini with ease and i barely use Google. I was not sure i would like it but it really is easy. The Samsung wearable and Samsung pass have made my life hands free. I no longer need to bring my wallet with me. Hands down my favorite Samsung
