This product is great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't use the Galaxy AI too often, but it helps me when I do. The phone is great for streaming, movies, games, ebooks, everything really. I always get Samsung because I trust the brand and the products never let me down. They also outlast competitors for less money. I've never had a complaint with my Galaxy, nor the previous one. Easy to setup and easy to use. Features are awesome and keep me up to date.

Best phone for people on a budget!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone has practically all the features a Galaxy S, Z, or Flip series has (minus the folding part lol) and still is at a reasonable price! The camera is excellent, the screen is great, they are durable and the Galaxy AI works just as great! The phone itself is not to big but not to small either! Watching movies on it is great!

No wireless charging
on October 10, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this phone for someone else but life got in the way and I had to activate on my number to get the discount.
So I went from an S22 to the A36.
I did not realize they still made phones without wireless charging!
The phone works well enough with the exception that it unlocks in your pocket.
This leads to random changes in settings.

Hi OyVey725,
Thank you for sharing your experience with the Galaxy A36 5G. We're glad you received the device and are enjoying its features. Wireless charging isn't available on the A Series at the moment, but the 5000 mAh battery ensures all-day usage to support your daily activities. Sometimes, daily movements in your pocket or bag can cause the phone to wake or dial unintentionally. Features like Lift to wake and Double tap to wake might be causing this. You can disable these features individually, but turning both off might be more effective. To do that, go to Settings > Advanced features > Motions and gestures, and toggle off Lift to wake. For more tips on preventing your phone from waking unnecessarily, see the linked article below. We appreciate your valuable feedback and always enjoy hearing from our Samsung users.

Clean, simple to use UI
on October 10, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this device specifically to use the Hotspot to run my laptop for college courses online. I also stream a significant amount on it; music, movies, series, documentaries, etc as well as play several "saga" type games.
I haven't set up any of the Galaxy AI platforms as of yet, but I used to run Bixby on my Note 8. This phone has 128g on board and lots of little extras tha flagship phones include, such as the audio EQ feature for use with your phone speaker or an external Bluetooth, at an affordable price.

Hi there Daexcavator4167,
Thank you for sharing your feedback on the Galaxy A36 5G. Galaxy devices include helpful features like Device Care to maintain smooth performance. Quickly optimizing your device in Settings can free up memory and enhance speed. If you experience unresponsive apps, it might be time for some spring cleaning. No need to uninstall apps or reset your device—simply clear the app's cache or data to remove problematic files or bugs. You can also use Device Care to limit background apps and prolong battery life. Clearing the cache is like giving your apps a refresh, removing leftover files that slow things down. To do this, go to Settings, swipe to and tap Apps, find or search for the app, then tap Storage and Clear Cache. For more tips on keeping your apps running smoothly, check the link below. We appreciate your feedback and thank you for being part of the Samsung family!

My view on the galaxy a36
on October 10, 2025
Posted by: Koalaz
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Galaxy a36 has truly elevated my daily experience across work, entertainment, and creativity. The integration of Galaxy AI makes the device stand out — from real-time translation during international meetings to Note Assist organizing my study materials effortlessly.
For streaming and gaming, the display quality is exceptional — vivid colors, ultra-smooth performance, and immersive sound that enhances every movie and match. The Snapdragon processor ensures seamless multitasking, and the battery easily supports a full day of productivity and entertainment.
The camera system is equally impressive. Whether I’m capturing landscapes or low-light shots, the clarity and color accuracy are professional-grade. The AI-powered editing tools make post-processing quick and intuitive.
Samsung continues to redefine what a smartphone can do. The Galaxy a36 with Galaxy AI is not just a device — it’s a complete productivity and entertainment hub.
