[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to call my contact 3-6 times before the call will actually go through it's so frustrating God forbid if there is an emergency. I do like how big the screen is I like the apps also

If you notice that your device takes a long time to connect when making a call, or if you have to try several times, it might be a good idea to reset your SIM card. Here’s how to do that:
1. Open **Settings**.
2. Tap on **Connections**.
3. Select **SIM Manager**.
4. Tap the switch next to **SIM 1**, and then tap **Turn Off**.
5. Tap the switch again, and tap **Turn On**.
Additionally, you can reset the network settings to realign your device with your service provider’s network. Here are the steps:
1. Open **Settings**.
2. Select **General Management**.
3. Tap on **Reset**.
4. Choose **Reset Mobile Network Settings**.

Best phone Durability but not SPACE....

I need a better phone faster and more storage with the same durability and lasting time as far as the time ive had the phone and still have it. I think I should be able to trade it in by now in perfect condition at they!
