[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its a good phone, but as an older person I find some things were harder for me to figure out. I managed with some help from a friend as she's very good with phones and computers too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The A36 is fast as well as the Galaxy AI is crystal clear. There is sometimes issues with the keyboard taking a minute to pop. The sound is also crystal clear.

Hiya countrymom3h,
Thank you for your feedback on the Galaxy A36 5G. We're glad to hear that you're enjoying the speed, sound quality, and clarity provided by Galaxy AI.
If you're experiencing small delays, such as with keyboard response, this can vary based on usage. Are you having trouble with an unresponsive keyboard? It might be time to give them a little spring cleaning. You don’t need to uninstall the app or reset your phone; just clearing the app's cache or data can help.
Clearing the app cache is similar to giving your apps a cleanse, removing residual files that could be slowing them down. Here's how you can do it:
1. Open **Settings**.
2. Swipe to and tap on **Apps**.
3. Select or search for the app you want to clear.
4. Tap on **Storage**, and then select **Clear cache**.
This process can provide a boost for your keyboard and improve overall performance. For more detailed information on clearing your device's cache and data, please check out our linked online article below.
Your insights help us continue to innovate. Thank you for being a Samsung customer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Galaxy A36 5G in Awesome is a solid win. The apperance alone stands out — fresh, clean, and different without trying too hard. Performance is smooth for everyday use: browsing, streaming, social media, and multitasking all run without lag. 5G connectivity is fast and reliable, and call quality is crisp. Battery life easily gets me through a full day, even with heavy use. The display is bright and sharp, making videos and photos look great. For an unlocked phone at this price point, it delivers impressive value without cutting corners. If you want dependable performance, modern features, and a standout phone without paying flagship prices, this is an excellent choice.
