I use this model to plug in our desk top computer, monitor, printer, modem, router, speakers and phone. The three plugs designed for transformers are essential to having room for all seven plugs. It's perfect for our use. I have used Tripp Lite surge protectors for over 25 years and never had a problem. I also like the price for the warranty and the size.

Several neighbors suffered extensive damage from a nearby lightning strike which prompted me to upgrade my surge protection. I purchased a Tripp-Lite TLP1008TEL Surge Protector for my entertainment center based on the reviews I read. As I searched for similar protection at a cheaper price, I discovered the Tripp-Lite SUPER7TEL surge protector. It has very impressive specifications. It has a joule rating of 2520, response time of < 1 ns, clamping voltage of 150V, with let through ratings of L-N 330V, L-G 400V, N-G 400V. It includes phone line surge suppression. It has 7 outlets with a 7 ft cord. I am very pleased with the Tripp-Lite SUPER7TEL because it pretty much meets the recommended specifications for good surge suppression.

can't really test it, but reviews on it are good. I like the side sockets for wall transformers, the indicator lights for ground faults and high joules rating. the specs seem good and the equipment replacement warranty is good too. overall a good unit for the cost.

This product has a 7 ft cord and has more than enough outlets for all of my office equipment. I have only one main outlet in the wall and this product accommodates my printer, computer, adding machine, Staplex tab machine safely. Thanks for a great product!

I purchased 3 Super7Tels about one year ago after my home was hit by lightning and we lost some electronics components due to the resulting surge that went through the electrical system. With the 2520 Joule rating and the Ultimate lifetime insurance this product is the best value that I could find to protect our new equipment.
