Energizer, smart video lightbulb

For some reason, I’m unable to sync energy, smart light bulb to my Wi-Fi. I have a Netgear – 35THC with the option of both the 2.4 or 5ghz. On the pamphlet it says smart 5GHZ Wi-Fi. I don’t know what the problem is for the lightbulb to sync with my Wi-Fi making me get frustrated.

I appreciate the ease of installation. One thing I appreciate more is the neck extension. I’m trying to add a family member I’m hopeful the process was a little clearer. Overall I’m satisfied.
