It doesn’t work. I am still trying to figure it out. It is spraying water everywhere from where I connect the hose.which causes it to lose water pressure and can’t spray…

Generally OK but not sure I like as well as the unit I bought nearly 20 years ago which finally failed. Initially had problems determining how to connect high pressure hose to unit as it was not covered by instructions. Eventually concluded that the hose was likely suppose to come pre-attached, but mine out-of-box was missing a small clip which I found listed in spare parts online. Once I ordered and got the clip, I found it was obviously a really ‘cheap’ way of connecting the hose to unit and where clip could easily be lost. Not a true quick disconnect method of using the otherwise quick disconnect hose. Very disappointing. The telescoping handle can move up and down erratically (not smoothly) and it once quickly retracted and pinched one of my fingers. I then installed screws at the base of each side of handle as stops to prevent future injury. High pressure hoses can be a bit of a chore to untangle for each use and am hoping it will get easier over time. Unit is a little quieter than my previous Karcher unit, but I am not sure it has quite as much pressure. It supposedly does has as much pressure, but I read that the flow rating in gpm is a bit less than the older unit and that may be the difference I am noticing in that it takes a little longer to clean the same area.

Assembly instructions aren’t great, but fairly easy to set up and use. Has plenty of power. Soap dispenser attachment isn’t super efficient, and doesn’t create a great foam. Plastic hose adapter is also a bit weak, and will pop off unless very firmly seated. Cable/hose management is clumsy. Overall, does what it needs to do, and I would recommend as a purchase.

I had a previous karcher power sprayer. I used it hard and wore it out. I love this new sprayer. Performs well. I also like the variable pressure option.

First, the online shopping is quick and easy. Before purchasing this product I was looking At diff pressure washers from dewalt to active even greenworks or ryobi. Finally decided with Karcher K4 and so far after 2 uses (both for car washing) I was impress with the performance of the machine. first use was with running water, second use with the suction hose and the performance of the machine did not change. Forgot to mention I live in an apartment in New York City, I’m sick and tired of the automatic carwash and detail shops not doing a good job cleaning my car. The performance of Karcher and self service carwash pressure washer is not far apart.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Karcher quality electric power washer is a great choice for those that don’t want to be bothered with gas powered models. Easy to move around on its wheels. Plenty of power , I easily power washed the concrete around the pool, the siding on the house and the decks. Attachments go on and off easily. On board soap dispenser is convenient. All I need for home purposes.
