Small but mighty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the Karcher-K1700 pressure washer to wash the siding on my house and to clean the grease and oil stains on my concrete driveway. The concrete looks brand new again. I love the compact size but it is still powerful enough to clean stuck on grease and grime. It was easy to put together but putting the handle on was a little tough. It has a nice sized compartment to add soap and a big foot peddle to turn it on and off. It's easy to maneuver and the wheels roll nicely. Compared to other pressure washers it is relatively quiet when running. I know I will find many cleaning uses for this pressure washer. It really gets the job done!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought the unit used it 1 time for roughly 35 minutes. Pulled it out to use again water randomly spraying out of the end of the wand, no pressure. I am assuming it's a o-ring that is missing from the tip insert area on illustration 9. 2 emails with and 5 phone calls and 30 plus minutes of hold time later I still do not have a resolution.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good for light duty jobs....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Kärcher K1700 Electric Power Pressure Washer 1700PSI 1.2GPM to try for free. It was fairly easy to put together and it came with 3 nozzles. When my husband first attached the hose it leaked, well it was a hose problem, not the pressure washer, so he brought the hose from the backyard to the front attached it the pressure washer and it worked fine. He used the medium nozzle and cleaned the driveway - it took awhile and he wished the pressure was higher and said he would use soap next time. He felt this product was best for light duty jobs.

Excellent electric pressure washer for car wash

I purchased the K1700 after watching dozens of online reviews. I watched the review from obcessed garage and ordered the unit immediately after learning that unlike other washers in it's price range that it used standard fittings. With the upgraded hose, fittings and spray gun from O.G. I have a quite, effective electric pressure washer that is perfect for washing cars and motorcycles with minimal chance of doing damage. The unit seems to be well made and with the obcessed garage upgrades has a lower psi but increase flow over the stock setup. Perfect for keeping my families vehicles clean. The k1700 puts out enough pressure and flow to effectively use a foam cannon with a 1.1 mm orifice installed. To be fair in my testing I used the original included hose and gun to want my deck and concrete pad in front of garage that had not been cleaned in 22 years. It did a fine job but took a little longer than using a higher flow gas powered model. The included gun and hose work just fine but to really appreciate the capability of the Karcher K1700 an upgraded hose and spray gun with quick connects makes the whole package seem to be worth more than the cost of the package. I have owned three other electric pressure washers over the years and all were really poor quality compared to the K1700.

Gun adapter leaking only warranty 90 days not 3yrs

Only 13 months into this 3 year warranted pressure washer and the gun adapter leaks rendering the machine useless... called support and they only guarantee the gun for 90 days??????? You need the gun for the machine to work so why only 90 days and not 3 years like the box said??????? Very frustrating!!!!!!!

I bought this product based off of a video about it I saw on youtube and I think that it is a great product for the price. There is an outlet on the handle of it which you can plug accessories into. I would recommend it.
