Works only for a limited time

I had 3 units during the last 3 years. All were bought new, properly used and maintained, even cleaned before storage.
Yet, all of them only worked a limited time. Meaning they still spray strong, but arms do not rotate anymore.
The first one stopped spinning in year 2, the second one after a few months, bought a 3rd one, stopped spinning after a few weeks.
The high ratings I gave for quality, results and ease of use are for when the unit is working, which is short lived.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Broke After 15 Minutes of Use

I used my surface cleaner for the first time today. After 15 minutes of cleaning a 10' x 6' cement patio it stopped working. The plastic tube that spins the two nozzles cracked. The water gushes out of the fracture and there is not have enough water pressure to spin the nozzles. It is also very very short. I continually bent over using this cleaner. It definitely needs better build quality and the tube needs to be copper. Very disappointed.

Used just the power washer on deck and concrete, was working well but taking forever. Purchased the surface cleaner and what a difference. In no time at all and with little effort the entire yard and decking was DONE! Worth every penny.

after 10 minutes of use the rotating tube split at the pivot point and it quit spinning.

Plastic tube cracked!!

I washed my driveway and by the time I was done the plastic tube that spins the nozzles had already cracked from the pressure.

Worked great for an hour, then died

I received this as a gift so I guess I shouldn't complain......but: worked nicely for about an hour, then stopped spinning. I discovered that it had a hairline crack near the hub of the spinner. This means water spews out through the crack so that the pressure of what still goes to the arms of the spinner is not sufficient to produce motion. And without motion it's worse than worthless because the washing that does take place is limited to narrow streaks.

Ordered this surface cleaning attachment for my Karcher 2k pressure washer...worked good for five minutes then the black spinning wand underneath split cause loss of pressure.
