Good all around kit

Wanted to upgrade to 20v, this package had the best tools to replace my 18v. So far it has exceeded my expectations.The only thing I wish it had was a jigsaw included in it. Nothing wrong with my 18v tools just wanted more power. ( my son-in-law will appreciate the 18v tools)

Best cordless for the price

Last year I bought the 10 tool combo kit it's been exactly a year now I have beat the crap out of every single tool in the kit I have also expanded my collection to wear everything I own now cordless is DeWalt I will never buy another tool every tool I bought in the original kit is still working and going strong they have been wet dropped left in the cold and just about anything else you can think of while actually working I definitely recommend DeWalt to anybody looking to buy cordless

I have owned this ten piece combo for two full years now and have used every tool in the kit. I have done a complete remodel of my home from top to bottom using these tools so they have been through the ringer as far as the average user would be concerned. They are not used and abused daily like a contractor may use them. Almost everything about the kit is a pro, with very few cons for the average user.
The storage bags are great to keep the less often used tools in. I have since upgraded to the rolling storage bins, but these were great for a while and now have been repurposed to hold other items. The zippers are very strong and seal well enough there aren't spiders or dust getting into the bags when sitting for long periods in the basement or garage. The size was more than required for the ten tools to fit into as well so you could put extra accessories or batteries in the bags with your tools as well.
The tools I use the most are the impact driver, drill, saw, vacuum, blower, and speaker. The speaker can literally run for days on end with a single 20v max battery. The vacuum is great for small dust and debris pickup when working in a confined area. It is not a replacement for a shop vac by any means, but does the trick to keep things from getting out of control. The saw has been a workhorse and unlike many small cordless saws, the knobs and guide controls have not stripped or loosened after being adjusted countless times. I use the blower for everything from sawdust, to blowing out the garage, to even cleaning off the driveway or deck. Lots of power in a tiny jobsite blower. Like any Dewalt drill or impact, these take a beating and keep on going. I've ran the impact hot many times but it doesn't quit.
I have used the flashlight, sawzall, jam saw, and grinder several times, but not as many as the other tools. All have worked great and as designed without being abused. The jam saw was used many times on lots of different projects and works flawlessly. The grinder has quickly adjustable guard to be used at whatever angle makes the most sense for your job.
The only con I can think of is several of the more powerful tools obviously use the power of a 20v battery fairly quickly so a dual charger would have been a great option with this kit based on the number of tools you have. I did end up getting a 60v to use on things like the blower and saw since they rob the batteries of power so quickly. The charge time of it is very long though so having one of the 20v being able to charge at the same time would be a great compliment to this kit.

Purchased the 10 Tool Combo 6-27-19.
Have finally put all 10 Tools to the test, 10 weeks usage.
Love them all so far.
The reason for 4, not 5 stars?
Better batteries = + 5 points. C'mon...2AH? The blower runs 15 min. Tops!!
Different color battery = +5 points (they blend in too well.)
Paint them any color BUT yellow!
I will say the tool bags are awesome, although I don't use mine.
All of the tools are great quality, can easily do precision work, and, having
had previous DeWALT tools, I'm hoping these hold up as well.
Have finally put all 10 Tools to the test, 10 weeks usage.
